General Information
Please Note: Due to the lack of pre-registration, we are changing the race to a fun run format. If you would like a t-shirt, the registration fee is still required. If you would like to just participate in the run please sign the waiver at the bottom of the form and bring it to the registration table on Saturday morning.
In order to receive the shirt your application must still be received prior to Saturday morning. You can drop it off at City Hall or the Kingsland Welcome Center.
There is something for the entire family planned for those attending Kingsland's 29th Annual Labor Day Catfish Festival. The Kingsland Community Betterment Program and Kingsland Convention & Visitors Bureau sponsor the three-day outdoor festival annually with events centered in downtown Kingsland.
The festival kicks off Saturday morning with a 5k run sponsored by the Camden Miracle League at 7:00Am and at 12NOON with booths and catfish dinners opening and will culminate on Monday with a long list of entertainment and activities.
Activities and events include: handmade arts and crafts displays, antiques & collectibles, a family amusement, a 5K Race, sponsored by the Camden Miracle League, a classic car, truck and tractor exhibition, and last, but certainly not least, two full days of live entertainment. Of course no festival would be complete without a parade. Join us in downtown Kingsland on Monday, September 5 at 10AM for the start of the 29th Annual Labor Day Catfish Festival Parade.
Saturday: Barefoot Bible Band & Harbor Worship
Sunday: Messenger, Cheap and Easy, The Fusion Band, & Franklin Washington
Monday: The Mathis Brothers, Ignite Church, & On the Edge Band
